"They gave us wrong access code to the room. Had to wait quite a time for someone to open the door. We arrived late at night,very tired. The staff didn't even say sorry for the inconvenience. But the rest of the hotel was excellent - clean, great staff, modern, great location (so long as where you are going is a right turn out of the parking lot lol)."
