The living room opens onto a modern kitchen, a convivial dining area, and a lounge area equipped with a flat-screen TV and board games for your relaxation. A tastefully furnished 15 m² terrace completes the ensemble, inviting you to savour the Mediterranean ambiance outdoors. Every detail has been considered for optimal comfort: high-speed Wi-Fi access, pleasant air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. The bathroom, stocked with refined toiletries, guarantees a luxurious and practical experience. To complete your stay, we offer premium beach accessories, including mattresses, soft towels, and elegant parasols, so you can fully enjoy sunny days on the French Riviera. Linens, including towels, sheets, tea towels, and end-of-stay cleaning, are included in the total price of 80 euros, ensuring a worry-free stay from the moment you arrive. A car is not essential; everything is within easy reach, and the tram is just 100 metres away, making getting around easy. We can arrange airport transfers for 50 euros per trip. However, if you prefer to come by car, street parking is available via the parking metre, offering a convenient solution to suit your needs. An additional 80 euros per stay will be charged for cleaning and linens (sheets, towels, beach towel, tea towels, bath mat).
