Perfect and very relaxing Christmas holiday in Nice

Everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Very tidy and lovely apartment equipped with everything you need; just perfect! Kitchen is compact, bed is comfortable, and bathroom and terrace are excellent. Location is incredible and we enjoyed there a very relaxing Christmas week; every evening, we sat on the terrace to admire beautiful sunsets and an incredible view of the Bay of Angels. The apartment is very close to Nice’s harbor and many wonderful places such as Saint Jean Cap Ferrat, Beaulieu, Cap d’Ail or Cap d’Antibes where we had lovely walks along the sea amid stunning landscapes. Philippe is the most thoughtful host and provided us with all the information we needed; he was always available by phone. We highly recommend this wonderful apartment.

Everything we needed

Clean, modern and tastefully furnished. Easy access to the city and surrounding areas. Good, open communication with the owner backed up by the enthusiastic support of his on-site coordinator, Noelle. Wonderful stay!

Wonderful apartment with a beautiful view!

Very much enjoyed a week here in May. It is a lovely apartment, with everything you need. Both the owner and Noelle have been great and very kind and we would not hesitate to return again. Its location is also fabulous, being so close to the harbour and old town. The view is just breathtaking, so very beautiful!! I look forward to returning!

Nizza für Liebhaber

Wir kommen schon seit vielen Jahren nach Nizza und nehmen bei der Gelegenheit auch gerne Philippes Appartement. Der Ausblick ist einfach unschlagbar. Aber auch Lage und Anbindung sind für uns ideal. Nicht zu vergessen Noelle, die uns immer liebevoll empfängt. Immer wieder gerne . . .

Top Lage mit tollen Blick

Eine super nette Betreuung und freundlicher Empfang, man kann das Auto eigentlich komplett in der Garage stehen lassen, da vor der Tür der Bus in alle Richtungen fährt, zu Fuß in die Innenstadt ist man in ca. 20 Minuten, nicht ganz ruhig, aber nachts nicht zu viel Verkehr und wenn die Balkontür zu ist, hört man fast nichts,super toller Blick überdie Bucht

Logement parfait 😉

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Nice. Noelle nous a très bien accueilli dans cet appartement très propre et bien conçu pour une famille de 4. Une vue à couper le souffle ! Et proche du centre-ville avec des bus réguliers juste en bas de la résidence. Piscine propre et très agréable. Rien à dire sur ce logement juste parfait !

Week stay in Nice

Fabulous property in walking distance of Nice Port, shops, bakery and Coco Beach. Beautiful pool. Noelle was the perfect hostess. We will return.

Semaine Nice en famille

Nous avons loué pour une semaine en famille afin que notre fille puisse se rendre en stage au CNRS Villefranche . Le logement était très bien placé pour nous y rendre, à seulement 5 minutes en voiture. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par Noëlle. Elle a été bienveillante, attentionnée et riche de conseils pour découvrir les environs. En partant, notre fille a eu le sentiment de dire au revoir à "sa mamie" avec beaucoup de tendresse. Le logement était comme sur les photos, avec une très belle vue de la terrasse, propre et bien aménagé . Il était très appréciable de bénéficier de la piscine et de la place de parking. Un séjour vraiment très agréable et une adresse que nous garderons pour y revenir avec plaisir ! Merci pour tout Noëlle !

L'appartement me convenait très bien. Mais je dois souligner l'accueil chaleureux de Noëlle qui s'est assurée durant tout mon séjour que j'avais tout ce dont j'avais besoin.

Great Apartment with a Wonderful View

Lovely apartment with a superb view overlooking the old port at Nice. Contact with owner was timely and professional - very thoughtful of the needs of the visitor. Facilities throughout the apartment were excellent - very clean. Noelle; who welcomed us to the property, was very kind and thoughtful. In particular, the explanation of facilities upon arrival was much appreciated. Swimming pool and sunbathing area was just right - very clean. Local supermarket and shops were more than adequate to meet the needs of our stay. Great base for exploring the area around NIce. Overall: great apartment, great view for sunsets, exemplary support/service, welcoming and thoughtful of the needs of the visitor.

Well positioned

Bus stop outside apartment for buses to Monaco, Cap Ferrat and all the small villages along the coast. About a 20 minute walk or 10 minute walk into Nice. Comfortable, well maintained and air conditioned. Would definitely stay here again

Posizione incantevole

Ottima location per chi ha voglia di camminare... l'alternativa è il bus che ferma di fronte al Residence e ti porta in centro. La piscina è un plus importante....bella e pulita. Nel complesso ottima soluzione per chi ama Nizza.

Perfekter Urlaub

Eine tolle Wohnung in perfekter Lage um die Côte d`Azur zu erkunden. Die Wohnung war super sauber und perfekt ausgestattet. Der Blick vom Balkon auf den Hafen traumhaft und der Tiefgaragenparkplatz super praktisch. Ideal auch die Bushaltestelle gegenüber. Empfangen wurden wir von einer liebenswürdigen Noelle, die uns alles super erklärt hat. Alles in allem ein perfekter Urlaub.

Sonnige Tage in Nizza mit toller Meersicht

Die kurzfristige Buchung klappte einwandfrei. Die Gastgeber waren im Kontakt sehr freundlich. Vor Ort unterstützte die sehr engagierte und hilfsbereite Noëlle. Die sehr saubere Wohnung war ideal für unseren Paarurlaub und bot einen herrlichen Blick auf den Hafen und das Meer. Dank dem Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage konnten wir das Auto gut dort stehen lassen und Nizza zu Fuss erkunden.

Eine schöne kleine Wohnung in ausgesprochen guter Lage

Ausgesprochen gute Lage selbst wenn man keine großen Ausflüge plant. Als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen sehr geeignet. Die Ausstattung ist zweckmäßig, alles funktioniert. Die Wohnung war auf Hochglanz poliert. Die Dusche ist toll. Der Ausblick vom Balkon traumhaft. Das Wasser im Pool war Mitte Oktober recht kalt. Wir haben es denn noch geschafft 1x darin zu schwimmen! Ein besonderes Dankeschön gilt der Hausdame, Noëlle! Sehr herzlicher Empfang auch zu einer "unchristlichen" Zeit. Vielen lieben Dank.

Nous avons très bien été accueillies par Noëlle que nous remercions pour sa bienveillance et sa gentillesse . L appartement est très bien situé. Je confirme : une des plus belles vues de Nice. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. C était génial. Je me permets de rajouter qu un jeu de clé supplémentaire serait très utile et qu il est dommage que le linge de maison ne soit pas compris dans le prix. Je recommande vivement cette location
