Very cute 3-star hotel in Cagnes-sur-Mer, steps from the beach. Very quiet and includes free parking for guests (first come first served basis) Room was a bit on the small side, but comfortable and clean. The owners and staff are pleasant and accommodating and it was an enjoyable stay

We stayed here for two nights when going to two World Cup rugby games in Nice. It was a comfortable stay with an enjoyable walk to the local train station and then taking the train to St Augustin to then take the tram to the stadium. All straight forward. The room is comfortable, with a comfortable mattress. Personally I would have liked more than a sheet on the bed as my husband likes the air conditioning on and I then find it cold overnight. The hotel is good value for money normally ( we paid much higher because of World Cup). It is what you would expect for this star of hotel. It could easily be further upgraded if the owners wished by updating the shower room and perhaps including tea/coffee and a small fridge for water. The balcony with sea view was a nice area to watch the world go by.

Nice small hotel near the beach and airport
The hotel was hard to find. It was in a residential area but it was 1 block to the beach so it made things easier. we stayed there the night before our flight left from the Nice Airport. It was an easy drive to the airport and a nice last evening in France

Nothing negative at all. Just make sure that the owner knows when you arrive. I recommend this property without any reservations. For breakfast I recommend the Danish Coffee lab to the right as you exit the property. There is another bakery cafe on the left farther away that should be avoided. The blonde lady put water instead of milk in our latte! Didn’t know milk was so expensive in France.

The staff was so helpful and friendly, answered any questions we had and made us feel very comfortable! The location was amazing, very close to the ocean and lots of delicious restaurants! Would absolutely recommend if you don’t mind a smaller room, because the hospitality and location was worth it!

A small hotel, just one block from the beach, shops, and restaurants, this is locally owned and operated establishment, very friendly and accommodating. I’m definitely staying here on my next visit!

The property offered free parking in their private lot. It was also about 10 mins to the Nice airport which made it convenient on our departure date. It was located within several minutes walking distance of several restaurants along the Route du Bord de Mer, which is the major street next to the water. The rooms and bathroom were a little small but very clean. The people at the front desk spoke and understood a limited amount of English. They do not have a computer and printer for public use. We would stay at this hotel again.

Great location, 75 meters off the waterfront promenade , and an easy 20 mnt drive to NCE airport. super friendly staff, ( Valerie and marcel, I think it was)..,free on the property parking...can’t check in until 4 pm but after that you have 24:7 access... rooms are small, but typical for Europe...clean, quiet, ....would go there again for sure.

Easy accessibility to the airport ....

Convenient location
The room was clean and the location is great, within sight and easy walking distance to the beach. There is breakfast you can buy which was good and convenient, however be aware that smoking is allowed at outside tables.

Nice, clean hotel close to the beach. Good price. Be mindful of the check in times. There is a big gap when reception is closed between 12 and 4 pm. Plan your arrival accordingly.

Charming Hotel One Block from Beach
Gorgeous Bay de Cannes is just down the street from this wonderful, relaxing hotel. Restaurants, stores, promenade, are right there, too. The city climbs hills to a medieval village accessible by free bus. Also, a Renoir museum nearby. Proprietors of hotel are gracious and accommodating. Breakfast is delightful.

Great hotel with view of Mederrean
Fabrice & his mother Collett are extremely helpful and service oriented. They are "can do" people that are very welcoming. Th atmosphere couldn't be better. Hotel is situated within easy walking distance of various amenities .Free parking is available and wifi is good.

perfect location, friendly staff
Great non-smoking hotel, Friendly and helpful staff. Super clean and a minute walk from the beach and about a 8-10 min drive from the airport. Safe location but limited parking at the hotel. Free parking is also possible on nearby streets therefore not an issue. On the down side, you can easily hear people in the hallway and in adjacent bedrooms. Luckily it wasn't an issue during my stay. I recommend this hotel and will gladly return next time I'm in town.

It's a decent place to stay for the night, clean and comfortable but nothing special. They close reception petty early, so contact them if you'll be checking in after business hours. Close to beach but on a quiet side road (except when garbage trucks show up late at night).

Nice hotel close to the beach
I only stayed a couple of nights and i slept so well , chose this hotel as it was very good value for the location . I would thoroughly recommend it to my friends .

Very sweet hotel in a perfect location.
This little hotel was perfect. One block from the sea, a very welcoming proprietor. It felt like everyone staying there were already friends (only 11 rooms). The room was simple but lovely. We only had one night to spend there but we absolutely want to make a return trip. It feels like its own destination! One lady I met was staying there for 3 weeks and had been returning for 10 years. This isn't super luxury, if that's what you're looking for, but it is a really lovely, welcoming, affordable hotel that you shouldn't pass up!

Very small rooms
Room is very small- double bed just fit- no place for suitcases. Bathroom was was clean and "like new" but very small ( keep hitting elbows on walls in shower). Room appeared clean but there were live ants on floor by the bed. People very helpful.

Well kept pleasant hotel
La Villa des Oliviers is a well kept pleasant hotel conveniently located in proximity of the sea. The decor is tasteful and fresh. The family room, while not spacious, is comfortable and bright. Wi-fi worked well.
