Apartment full of character, completely renovated in a Nice palace on the 2nd floor with elevator. Located in the Gambetta district 700 m from the train station and the sea, it is in the immediate vicinity of shops. Direct access to the airport and numerous bus lines.
The street is quiet and the apartment is also equipped with double glazing
Large living room with high ceilings and very bright. Fully equipped kitchen including induction, Nespresso.

We had a lovely stay at Jean's place, It was hot in the apartment at night but that is what you get at this time of year in Nice. It had everything we need and Jean was very responsive.

The king size murphy bed was very comfortable. Excellent location for public transportation and a parking lot near by. Minimum supply for towels, sheets and paper goods.

Great apartment, fantastic location, Jean is a great host, was very accessible at any time. Couple suggestions, few more towels and a hairdryer would be great. Handheld shower took some getting used to!! Would highly recommend this property!!

This is a wonderful apartment close to everything. The beach was an easy 10 minute walk. Tram line 2(Airport-Port Lympia) was a 5 minute walk and then an easy ride to old Nice. The apartment was well equipped and the bed was comfortable. Jean and Maud were very accommodating hosts and I hope to stay there again.

Older style apartment in a perfect location. Small but has what you need. The balcony and blinds give light and air and keep you safe. Comfortable couch and easy to cook quick meals. Reliable fast wifi. It is surprisingly quiet given its proximity to the railway line. Just a short stroll to the station, the beach and many restaurants. We walked everywhere as Nice is a very walkable city. The architecture in the neighbourhood is beautiful. We would stay here again. Suits two people well.

I booked the apartment for a week for two people, and it accommodated the both of us very nicely. The apartment was as pictured and there wasn’t any issues with the appliances. The only small issue was the lack of air conditioning in the apartment, which due to the excessive heat in Nice this time of year, we ended up staying at a hotel nearby for the last three nights of our trip. Both the fans in the apartment worked wonderfully, but we’re just unfortunately not enough during the heat wave. Jean was an incredible host and was very attentive. We arrived very late on the first night and he was very patient with me when I had some trouble finding the key box. He is very fast to reply and was very understanding when we had to move to a hotel. I would definitely return to this apartment out of peak season, where the heat is not so unbearable. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and we had a great time in Nice:)

Nice clean spacious apartment with all necessities for our multi day stay in nice. building had a cute elevator which my little one loved to take a ride. We didn’t need any transportation as everything was walking distance. Just took 10min Uber to the airport due to very early flight. Communication with host was easy.

Die Wohnung ist fĂŒr 2 Personen gut geeignet. Die Betten, also auch das ausziehbare Sofa sind sehr bequem. Die KĂŒche ist gut gestattet. Leider war nicht alles ganz sauber, BettwĂ€sche und Regal am Bett. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat aber auf Nachfrage gut funktioniert. Im Bad gibt es kein einziges Regal, keinerlei Handtuchhalter oder Haken und die TĂŒre lĂ€sst sich nicht schließen. Man merkt, dass die Wohnung schon einige Jahre alt ist. Die Lage ist gut, 800 m zum Bahnhof, ca. 2 km in die Altstadt.

Appartement fonctionnel, tres propre et particuliÚrement bien placé. Proche de la gare ( pratique pour visiter les villes autour de Nice, avec un pass " zou"), de la plage et de toutes commodités. Propriétaire réactif et tres gentil.

Es war alles bestens, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt. Zum Parken: falls es am Abend keinen Parkplatz auf der Straße gibt, dann wĂ€re da ein Parkhaus in der NĂ€he (St.Philippe) - gĂŒnstig und fußlĂ€ufig machbar. Wir haben aber erstaunlicherweise immer einen Parkplatz gefunden. FußlĂ€ufig war alles fĂŒr Nizza erreichbar, Strandpromenade, Altstadt, sogar der Hafen, und auch die orthodoxe hĂŒbsche Kirche - super gut! Es gibt auch die U-Bahn und den Zug in nĂ€chster NĂ€he, die man auch bequem verwenden kann. Wir wĂŒrden auf jeden Fall wieder hier buchen! Vielen Dank an Jean!

L'appartement est bien placĂ© en centre-ville et proche de la promenade des anglais, des commerces et des transports. L'appartement est bien Ă©quipĂ© et fonctionnel. La communication avec Jean s'est trĂšs bien passĂ©e et l'arrivĂ©e comme le dĂ©part s'est fait sans problĂšme. L'appartement se trouve proche d'un grand boulevard trĂšs bruyant.Il n'est pas possible de laisser les fenĂȘtres ouvertes, cela est trĂšs genant quand il fait chaud, n'ayant pas la clim. La lumiĂšre de la salle de bains Ă©claire la chambre, cela peut ĂȘtre gĂȘnant. La niche de la chambre recelle un peu d'humiditĂ© juste en tĂȘte de lit. Ces petits points corrigĂ©s l'appartement sera trĂšs bien.

Wohnung war ziemlich verstaubt, SpĂŒlmaschine funktioniert nicht, es gibt kein Griff an der WohnungstĂŒr, WĂ€schestĂ€nder kaputt. Gastgeber unfreundlich. Es ist sehr laut bei offenen Fenster.
