My family and I were really pleased with this property for our stay in Niagara on the Lake. Close proximity to the main strip of shops and other activities (e.g., Niagara River trail, NOTL golf course). This place had ample space for 8 adults while the information provided by the host allowed for smooth check in/out etc. Would stay again.
Place was perfect! Exactly as pictured and in a quaint and walkable neighborhood. Comfortably sleeps a great number of people with plenty of living space to spread out!
What more can you ask for? Location was perfect, we walked everywhere. House was very clean, beds comfortable, kitchen and bathrooms well appointed. Great for a larger group wanting to have the space to spread around.

Beautiful house.
Very clean.
Near restaurants and shops.
Our group of 7 stayed here for the sip and sizzle tour and had a great time. The house was very close to downtown and it was great to be able to walk to all of the restaurants. The house was large and comfortable. Everything went very smoothly.

The best setbacks are the big size of the house, internal cleanliness and good kitchen. I did not like the external cleanliness (especially the barbecue area), the floor is so old and makes noise with every step. Overall, it was a very good experience.
We were about 2 blocks from downtown Niagara on the Lake. We never had to drive the entire weekend. Walked to NOTL on Saturday, bar-hopped, shopped, and talked to lots of tourists. Sunday we did a wine tour, weather was crappy but the driver was great as were the wineries. We'll be back next year.
We loved our stay. It was so convenient for wineries and downtown NOTL. The house is well appointed for a century + home. Loved having multiple rooms to hang out. Communication was great with the renters. One watch out… and it didn’t bother our group of adults… but you can definitely hear folks downstairs or moving around and using the restroom at night while in the bedrooms. Par for the course in an older home with wood floors I think. But could be a challenge with kids or babies.
The entry needs painting. The house had been closed up and needed to be aired out. The upholstery on 1st floor needs cleaning.
But the bedrooms and kitchen and bathrooms very clean. If you plan to cook, I recommend bringing a set of knives if you want to cut anything other than bread.
Its an old house that apprears to be undergoing a refresh room by room.
All being said, we would stay there again.
We had a great time.
Thank you
Perfect accommodations and location for our stay in Niagara-on-the-
We enjoyed our stay immensely. The house was as advertised in the photos. So clean and so accommodating. Loved the preservation of the character of the house along with the updated bathrooms and kitchen. The location was perfect. Parked our car for 4 days and walked everywhere we wanted to go very easily. Only criticism was the use of the television. While it was not on the top of our list of things to do it was quite frustrating trying to use it. At one point we could use netflix. At the next try it we were told we could not. Etc. Again this was not a priority but was a frustration when we did decide to relax and catch up on news for instance. Other than that this was a beautiful place to stay and we would absolutely rent again.
House was clean and had everything we need, bathrooms are cleaned updated, and the location is perfect - just a short walk to the restaurant and shops. Highly recommend.
