"Our stay was fantastic in this newly developed neighborhood. The house was extremely clean, linens were provided which was great, and everything else needed was also provided. The location was in great proximity to Niagara Falls, Clifton Hills, and shopping centers or restaurants. You can tell the house was a new build given other new homes being built in the development. We were treated with a lovely note from the homeowner to reach out personally if there were any problems. My family enjoyed...

"I found that the host had taken effort to maintain the property - such as painted bedrooms and groomed garden - but there were areas where a little effort would make a significant difference: 1. The bathroom sink was unacceptably small, particularly combined with a large faucet that made it impossible to wash one's face without splashing outside the sink. The solution likely is a pedestal sink of normal size. I notice that the heating is under the existing sink but no change in this bathroom...

"Very good location, close to main strip. Check-in and communication with host was very smooth. The house has nice charm and was well maintained. The bedrooms were spacious but quite bright - could perhaps benefit from some room darkening shades (especially since we were travelling with small kids who nap during the day). The hood to the gas stove was broken during our stay, part was on order. Otherwise kitchen was well stocked. Overall we had a very nice stay :)"

"Our family of eight stayed here for six days. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The hosts are accommodating. However, the kids ran around from upstairs, even though it was quite late at night and we were trying to sleep in the lower level of the house. One of my relatives is handicapped and had difficulty going up the stairs because there was only one handrail for her to use, and she can only use one side of her body. Having handrails on both sides would be safest for anyone with mobility...
