Hotel was very conveniently located and several amenities could be accessed through indoor corridors. Room was nice but bathroom was quite dated and could have been cleaner.

The Tower Hotel Fallsview
The staff was outstanding and supportive. In fact, the maintenance man came up right away to take care of our cooling system, for some reason the heat was conflicting with the cooling system, and they took care of it for us. excellent service.
