I would like to recognize the outstanding service provided by the hotel staff. There are truly made my stay special and memorable. The entire hotel staff from the floor, front desk, restaurant and housekeeping team. They were friendly and always put on their smile and greeting you. It is right next to biggest Pakuwon Mall, connected to many luxus Condominium buildings behind the Mall, breakfast was very lavish, great choices, chef cook came out to greet guests, weekend breakfast has music orchestra and sing in local music, great experiences.

"The whole property is completely dirty. Beds are disgusting( I assume best sheets were not changed for a while, stains, hairs in the bed), Bathroom is completely dirty, walls and ceiling with mould."
