    It features a mezzanine with a 140 x 200 bed and a 140 x 200 sofa bed downstairs.
    You’ll have your own private parking space and access to your private garden (with two lounge chairs, a table, and four chairs). The property is located in a quiet, cul-de-sac area of villas.
    Nézignan-l’Evêque is located 5 minutes from Pézenas (accessible via the “Cap Bus” route, with a stop just 2 minutes away) and 20 minutes by car from the beaches of Marseillan, Vias, and Cap d’Agde. There are many tourist attractions, hiking trails, wineries, and bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity (Lake Salagou, Sète, Bassin de Thau, Pézenas, Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert, Valmagne Abbey...).
