The location is great, very close to the JR and USJ. There is a hotel phone in the room, but there are no instructions on what number to call to reach the staff. What’s the point of having the hotel phone then?
The luggage storage room is convenient to use, and even though the staff isn’t great at English, they are trying their best to help.
I felt like this is a common thing in hotels in Japan: the flush water smells bad, but this only happened after flushing the toilet.
