"The reception was difficult to find with poor signage and the front wentrance is not the entrance. The carpark is fairly well lit once you know where to go and the condition of the second building / actual hotel was in a reasonable condition. Check-in was straightforward with lifts up to the room. On arraval at the room we were greated with a hot room unfortunately the air conditioning did not work and windows are fixed closed (sign says use air-conditioning to regulate heat). "The property is clean and staff are lovely breakfast was nice. The restaurant in the evening was very a la cart hubby had chicken Kiev which was one Kiev no garlic butter inside and one roast potatoe with spicy broccoli he was not impressed. The Aberdeen Angus burger was nice but the four hand cut chips was not very good. "

"Room 414. I was so pleased with this hotel, how central it was to everything . It was very clean and I loved the decor, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom facilities were excellent. There was plenty of storage and very spacious the view wasn't great though...it was a vent but I left the drapes shut so I couldn't see it, but the room made up for it so I didn't mind, it was quite noisy but they even catered for that as there were ear plugs in the drawers. There was an iron and ironing board and a hairdryer, the staff were very friendly and they cleaned our room every day "
