The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner equipped with electric double oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine and a dining seating for eight guests, a utility with washer/dryer and dishwasher, and a sitting room with Smart TV with Amazon Prime and Netflix access (guests will require private accounts) and electric stove-effect fire. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size with Juliet balcony and en-suite shower room, a ground-floor king-size and two twins, along with a bathroom and cloakroom. Outside there is an enclosed rear, multi-level garden with lawn, patio, barbecue and furniture, as well as off-road parking for two cars and EV charger. Please note that this is a non-smoking, pet-free property. WiFi, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price.
