The lively resort centre of Newquay is just 15 - 20 minutes walk away with many other beautiful places to walk nearby including the Pentire Headland, Crantock Beach (by ferry) and the Gannel Estuary.

The second bedroom is spacious with two single beds and a truckle bed, a large cupboard, bedside tables, dressing table and 32" Smart TV

The main bathroom is large with a full size bath and over bath shower.

The entrance hall has plenty of space for hanging coats and shoes and a large storage cupboard. where foldable beach / picnic chairs can be found for your use.

Guests can also utilise the gardens outside for picnics, BBQs and just taking some time to relax, again with stunning views of the beach.

A parking space is available for use by guests of the property.
