Contemporary second floor apartment with a balcony overlooking the pretty communal gardens towards the sparkling ocean. Living space features sofa, two feature chairs, Smart TV, and sliding doors to the terrace with sea views. Open plan kitchen/diner space with dining table and two benches seating four. Fully equipped kitchen features electric oven, electric hob, single fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, washer/dryer, dishwasher and sea views. Travel cot and highchair available. Underfloor heating throughout.
Sleeping:
Family suite bedroom with superking zip and link bed (can be made into two singles) and twin beds in one room, freestanding wardrobe, two bedside tables, Smart TV. Family bathroom with rainfall shower, heated towel rail, WC and basin.
Outside:
Sea view balcony perfect for lounging in the afternoon sun and sipping a sundowner whilst gazing out towards the ocean. Features a table and four chairs. One designated parking space. Communal Tethered Zappi electric car charger, please see need to know for details. Communal garden with seating.
