Generally, quite good. I had a problem and First Responders had to be called. Staff was excellent and my problem was quickly and professionally solved. Newport Beach Hotel & Suites
We had a wonderful room on the fourth floor looking out over a field of flowers leading to the beach. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the hotel is only a short drive to some very nice restaurants and bars.
