Surprised when you book a place for children that there were no plastic plates, cups, etc only glassware. Dishes were sparse.

Hilton Vacation Club Greensprings Williamsburg
Good place to stay while visiting the historic triangle. Safe location. 2 bedroom suite can accommodate 6 people. Nice amenities; enjoyed the sauna and hot tub. This is a good place for families; has kid friendly activities.

Embassy Suites by Hilton Hampton Convention Center
The first night, they didn’t have any hot water. They did a complimentary at the bar. Also the ceiling was peeling paint chips. Other than that we survived the stay .’

When I arrived I was told they were short staffed and no rooms were available. I let the check-in person know I had an event to attend. She went and found me a room.
