There was very visible dirt, hair, and God knows what else on the inside bathroom door. I asked them to clean it because it should have been cleaned before anyone checked into that room. No one cleaned it. I had some alcohol wipes and was able to wipe off some of the dirt and dark colored "stuff" off of the door but it needs a good cleaning and sanitizing. And it looks like there is mold/mildew on the chalking in the shower Some of the other guest were "rambunctious" - very loud and disruptive with arguing and cursing. We got in very late and check in was smooth.

Reviews were accurate. Bring your own bedding. Hair on sheets that were provided. If taking a shower at popular times may get no hot water and had to put a towel down inside tub. Breakfast was bananas powdered donuts and coffee. Room was large and better than expected by outside. Staff was helpful when we needed something.

It wasn't in the best location. They had a heavy metal fence and sliding gate to protect the property. I went to the trouble to do the online check in, and they had me do all of the same check in activities when I got there. The bed frames were all metal and creaked a fair bit. The bathroom door opened inward to a small bathroom and stuck. I can say it was convenient to CNU, was clean, and not too expensive. So maybe just average for what I paid.

Very old motel. It was clean and bed was very comfortable. They said they had breakfast in the morning but it was coffee, apples and cookies bought from a store. Very disappointing. Hot and cold water were hooked up backwards

Not bad for the price.

Overall, not bad for the price. It's an older hotel, but relatively clean. The bathroom was clean except for the door, which showed some dirt. Bed was clean and comfortable. The bed spread could be washed, but I don’t use them. I stayed 2 nights and the room was tidied for me in-between. Sadly the wifi password didn't work, and I could not get attention at the front desk the next morning.

Practical sleep

The positives: the room was clean. The bathroom looked like it was remodeled recently. The Air conditioner worked and the water was hot to take a shower. All I needed was a bed and shower and that worked. However, it was supposed to be a non-smoking room, but it smelled like it had been smoked in and cleaned. I was on the second floor and there is no elevator. Overall it was practical and inexpensive.

To be honest, it felt like a $50-$60 room… not $110. It is an old run down building, very noisy during the day and at night, and just isn’t in a great area. Stains on the blankets, linens, and even towels… (pro tip this is why we always bring our own blankets and towels. Even the nice hotels don’t wash stuff properly IMO.) 3 out of 5 stars overall. The people running the place were very nice and did swap our rooms when the first “non smoking” room smelled like someone had just smoked in it.

The staff was very helpful, but they don’t do much else from what I noticed. Everything just seemed outdated and the area is super sketchy. For example: random people will knock on your car door window asking you to roll it down for whatever reason.
