The Point Experience, 3 Bd/2.5 Bath Getaway

  • Modernly updated historic cottage in quiet historic neighborhood, "The Point," located one and a half blocks from the water and only a 2-minute walk to downtown. Our home is equipped with central A/C & heating, as well as Wifi.

    We hope you find our home fit for a home away from home!
    The space
    Open concept living space on the first floor, perfect for gathering and hanging out with family & friends alike. Full Kitchen for a home cooked meal, or to simply warm up some left overs from one of Newports wondering restaurants. The first floor bedroom and ensuite features a queen size murphy bed.

    The second floor features 2 bedrooms, and a full bath with standing shower and soaking tub. The perfect place to relax after a long day. The laundry closet is also located in the bathroom.

Property was nice and well maintained. We were supplied with many things for the kitchen and bathrooms. The house is in a perfect location at the point- walking distance to Downtown and all the stores and restaurants. The host was very nice and accomodating.
