A Great spot in the heart of downtown Newport!
We absolutely loved this property! It was spacious, clean, and overlooked Thames street! Perfect for three couples as each too had its own attached bathroom. We can’t wait to stay here again.

Great location.
Nice space, but nothing like the pictures where I was told I would be staying. Fuse for the frig had to be switched at least 5 times a day. Sometimes tricky to access the unit itself.

Perfect condo to stay in!!
Loved the property and the location!!! Enjoyed every minute!! Would have liked an overhead fan in the bedrooms...only a suggestion as at night with the doors closed it gets a little warm. Would rent the property again in a heartbeat!!

Perfect albeit loud
The three separate en-suite bed/baths were perfect for our family trip with adult children ages 21 and 25, plus the shared space together. The location was great for walking anywhere you want to go easily and the parking was next to the building - easy! The only thing that was somewhat challenging was the noise level. Being on the corner of hopping night life, it was very loud late at night (weekend). But more annoying was the noise from the unit next door, where actual words and conversation can be heard clearly through the shared skylight. This was heard at breakfast time and at night when the people came home. Never out of control, but if you are looking for a quiet get away this is not the spot for you. If you want to be in the action this location is perfect, which worked great for us.

While there is not much we can do about the street noise, we will have our maintenance team look into the noise resulting from the neighboring Loft, and see if there can be anything done to insulate or form a better noise barrier.

Perfect Location - Beautiful Spacious Layout
Loved being right in the heart of everything. Restaurants were great as was the shopping, mansion tours, harbor boat tours and just a short drive to the beach. We will definitely be coming. back!

Fun getaway place
Great space and love that each bedroom has a private bath. This was a great place for three couples. Great location too and it was decorated nicely. It did get hot in here, especially the bedrooms, and we were surprised there was no foil or Saran Wrap or paper towels. You really need to have dish towels available.

Girls Winter Weekend
The property was great! There were 3 in our group, and we loved that we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. Property was clean, well-decorated and exactly as it appeared online. Property managers were super helpful whenever we had questions.

Great stay!
Perfect 3 bedroom condo with an open concept common area! They have everything you need for a perfect stay (except a wine opener)! Beds were very comfortable and the whole process was streamlined and seamless. I loved how management is at your fingertips should you have a questions. Looking forward to visiting again!

This is a very clean, stocked condo for 3 couples. Loved we all had clean, well appointed rooms with clean sheets, nice towels, amenities like a nice blow hair dryer and kitchen tools. We loved it!

Great place!
The location is great, right at the center of Newport and is within walkable distance to all major restaurants and shops. The apartment looks brand new, is very well decorated and the bathrooms are super nice. We really enjoyed our time there and I would highly recommend it.

Very beautiful condo, great location. One issue was the apartment had an ant issue. All three bathrooms and the living room had ants on the floors. Very disappointing.

Great Weekend Escape
I had always wanted to go to Newport and we finally planned a last minute trip with another couple. Since it was the holiday weekend, the prices of the hotels were high. I looked into HomeAway and found this gem. The loft is located above a store right on Thames. The location was amazing! We walked to practically everything. It also came with 2 parking spots. The loft was clean, spacious and well appointed. The check in and check out were easy because they send you codes to use for the doors. No check in to visit! The only real complaint that we had about the condo was we were surprised there weren't bureaus in the bedrooms. I like to unpack for my stays and not live out of my suitcase. There is plenty of space to add one under the TV's in the bedrooms. (just a suggestion) also Martini glasses would be a nice addition. There were great views from the windows and plenty of light! I would definitely book again!! Right across the street is a scooter rental place that is a must to do the 10 mile loop from Ocean Drive to Bellevue Street and hit all the mansions. We had a blast with the scooters and it made it easy to park and get around through traffic. We dined at Fluke and 22 Bowens for dinner and Black Pearl, Castle Hill and Brick Alley Pub for lunch. All were great! the lawn at Castle Hill is awesome and we ran into friends from where we live! We also did a sunset cruise on a sailboat. Plenty more to see so we will be back and stay in the lofts again!! Thank you!!

Great space and location
We had a great weekend in Newport and enjoyed our stay in this pretty condo. Everything you’d need in the kitchen, well decorated, all bedrooms had comfortable beds, TVs and their own bathrooms! Only negative was it can be loud because it’s located right on Thames St. It didn’t bother the heavy sleepers in our group and earplugs helped the rest! Thank you!

Great Location, Very Neat, Clean, Modern
We would have given 5 stars except for these 2 issues: The air conditioning stated 68 degrees, however, it was at least 75 and very warm. The other issue was parking. We had 3 cars and had to pay for parking for 1 of the cars and it was $40 per day. That was expensive. Other than that the place was awesome. Great bathrooms, great mattresses and bedding. And the location was perfect.

Thank you for your feedback. We will have our maintenance team check out the air conditioning to make sure it is accurately regulating the temperature. Parking in Newport is notoriously difficult. We are only able to provide two parking spots for this apartment in the lot immediately adjacent to the building.

Beautiful space in perfect location
This was our first time in Newport. We had 3 couples and this was perfect. Very spacious, clean and decorated beautifully. We didn’t want to leave. We were able to walk to everything. I would highly recommend staying here if you’re coming to Newport.

Beautiful large condo!
We really enjoyed our stay at this location with walking distance to most places. They provide 2 parking places so no need to look for parking. Newly remodeled with lots of living space and well stocked kitchen. You will hear loud noises throughout the night but not often.
