Excellent beach getaway

The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. We really liked the trail down to the beach, which had a wonderful view of the Yaquina lightouse. I would recommend that the owners add a light under the deck where the front gate is - it is very dark.

Second year at this house, and it was just as amazing as last time! Beautiful kitchen, comfy beds, very clean, lovely layout for friends and family to spend time together, and the best view ever. A nice getaway spot for visiting the Oregon Coast!

We have stayed at the Blue Waves Overlook house a number of times in recent years and have always found it to be a comfortable, cozy vacation home! It is conveniently located for exploring the central Oregon Coast (between Lincoln City and Florence). Love sitting on the outside, upstairs deck watching the waves and the changing moods of the ocean. Love the easy access to the trail that leads down to the beach just north of Yaquina Head (just a few minutes away). Staying at this house has deepened my love and affection for the Oregon Coast!
