Sweet Homes Vacation Getaways presents Nye Stay. The sweeping views from the famed Yaquina Bay Lighthouse to the tips of the Jetty will knock your socks off! Interested in Whale watching? You will have the best viewing perch in all of Newport from the balcony of this great in-town condo. Conveniently located in the heart of one of Newport's main districts, you'll love the convenience of being able to walk to some of Newport's finest dining and entertainment.

Comfortably furnished to accommodate up to 4 guests with plenty of sleeping options, Nye Stay is the perfect oceanfront condo for couples, families or friends traveling together. Downstairs is a private bedroom with full en suite bath. A Queen Sofa sleeper in the living room has access to the full guest bath. Upstairs is a second loft style bedroom also with en suite bath. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook your favorite meals. Nye stay also has premium channels like HBO, including DVR, on those days that are stormy and you want to stay inside! If you are feeling adventurous, take a short walk to the sand and have an old fashioned clam bake and seafood cookout!

Lovely Little Condo with a Great View!

The condo was very comfortable and cozy. It was the perfect size and set up for our needs. It was very clean and I appreciated the ease of checking in and checking out. The view cannot be beat nor can the location as it's close to all Nye Beach has to offer. We will definitely stay here again!

Fantastic location, right on the beach, close enough to walk to the restaurants and shops in Nye Beach. It's a smaller unit but, they made the most of the available space in the living/dining area. Bedrooms are very comfortable. The primary has a great view of the ocean. Would definitely stay here again

Property was exactly as we expected. Very clean with plenty of amenities. Kitchen was generously stocked with nearly every cooking item you'd ever need. Lots of blankets for the cool nights, and plenty of towels and other necessities. Great location; property is within walking distance from many good restaurants and shops. Quiet at night. The view of the beach was amazing. Communication with property managers couldn't have been better. They promptly answered our questions, and we were well-informed both before and during our stay.

Great spot by Nye Beach!

Overall nice stay. Would have liked an earlier check in time, or availability if property was available earlier. Location is great, and overall layout was nice and could easily accommodate the four of us. Kitchen was a nice layout and decently stocked with supplies for meal prep and cooking.

We love it here! Have been coming once a year for several years. It’s clean, updated and has everything you need. I had to text about a few things that were all user error but the response was immediate and helpful. Centrally located so you don’t need to drive. On the beach too, what a view! Thank you!

It was a great location to food and beach. Main complaint was they were fixing the condos roof during our stay and this condo is on the top floor. so they woke us up early doing roof construction. Also during the afternoon my wife and I were having alone time upstairs while kids were sleeping. Several roofing workers walked across roof by the large window and could see us. So would have been nice to know that there would be construction right above us during the stay or at least a discounted price.

Unit was exactly as described and, being in our mid to late 70s we found having the secure, gated parking and elevator access to the beautiful 3rd story condo was great. The views of the expansive Nye Beach were srcond to none.

Beautiful beach property

This was an amazing place to stay at Nye Beach. We shared the property for 3 nights with some old friends. We were pleasantly surprised to have an elevator. It was great having 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Very easy to access with great instructions. It was very clean and we had everything we needed including a tea pot that I personally really appreciated. Sitting on the balcony and watching the sunset was icing on the cake!

Nye Stay

We loved everything about this place. The view from the balcony is amazing. For us, it was a great spot to watch the sunset. The room is exactly as you see in the pictures, very nice accommodations and very well kept. There was only two of us so we had more than enogh room. It's in a great location too. You can park your car and forget about it for days while you explore the town and the beach. Two of our favorite places to eat (Nana's Irish Pub and Nye Beach Cafe) are within easy walking distance. Local Ocean is another favorite of ours and is less than a ten minute drive away. I will highly recommend this place to family and friends.

Fabulous, excellent stay!

This was the most wonderful stay for our family during our son’s spring break from OSU.From start to finish, communication was outstanding, clear, friendly, and timely. The condo is in the best location, with the ocean waves rolling in and out just outside the back deck. Restaurants, shops, and a museum are a short walk away. The sunsets are gorgeous, and there is plenty of shoreline for jogging, playing, and walking. We watched several families build sand castles and play fetch with their dogs. The condo is perfectly appointed inside and out. It has everything you need: soft, warm blankets, puzzles, games, beach chairs, little shovels, and buckets for a day on the sand.The decor is very, very nice. The furniture is comfortable and well taken care of, and the condo is immaculately clean.We highly recommend this fantastic rental. We’ll rent again. Thank you for being the perfect hosts.

Amazing and Perfect

There were 3 of us that traveled from Austin Texas to Newport, OR. One of us had been to Newport before. The pics on the website could not possibly capture how fabulous and perfect it was for us. We began and ended each day sitting on the balcony sipping coffee and watching/listening to the waves! The beach was literally right below us. It's location was so centralized that we walked to most places to eat, shop We appreciated how easy and "non micromanage" things were with the check out responsibilities. One suggestoon:The balcony has 2 rocking chairs...there really should be 4. This condo sleeps 6. We WILL book here again...and again!
