Nye Beacon will wow you with the panoramic views of the coastline including the beacon of the working lighthouse on Yaquina Head. This light and airy one bedroom, ocean front condo is perfectly located in the Nye Beach District of Newport. This neighborhood is known for its bohemian vibe with plenty of restaurants, shops, galleries, and live entertainment all within walking distance!

You will enjoy your time in this artfully laid out condo on the first floor of the building. Nye Beacon's living/dining area is comfortable and will have you relaxing as you gaze at the ocean. Whip up a wonderful meal as you enjoy the ocean view, even from the kitchen! Down the hall is the primary bedroom with a comfy king bed and ensuite bath. There is a second bath in the hallway. A murphy bed is in the living room for an additional sleeping option. With ocean views from the living room and the front deck, you will be sure to enjoy the sights, sounds, and fresh ocean smells of the sea. The beach access is just down the street where you can enjoy a day of beach combing or dipping your toes in the waves.

Nye Beacon is conveniently located on the central Oregon coast which makes it a perfect launching point to go explore many of the coast's natural wonders. Don't forget to check out Yaquina Head Lighthouse, the working bay front in Newport, the Oregon Coast Aquarium, and many other spectacular natural areas.

Views were great, as well as the weather. Could not have picked better days to be at the beach. The television service was less than desirable as the tv would buffer every 10 minutes or so. Wife has some mobility issues so access to the beach was challenging. Condo was well equipped.

We had an amazing time at this property! The view was spectacular! The bed and the living room furniture were comfortable and everything was very clean! The kitchen was well stocked. It was nice that you could walk to restaurants and town easily. I would definitely stay here again!

Location! Location! Location! We love how this condo is a short walk to the beach, great restaurants, a wonderful ice cream shop, and art galleries. The front room overlooks the ocean and with the large windows and balcony the view is breathtaking. Our only real challenges were that we found the bed a bit too soft and people shot off fireworks on the beach just in front of the condo very late over the 4th and 5th of July, but the property was great, and we'd actually stayed in the exact condo the year prior, so we were happy to stay there again.

Wonderful condo

This place is right in the heart of Nye beach. Access to the beach is just next door! The place was clean, quiet and had a nicely stocked kitchen with a great coffee machine, pots pans and a good assortment of kitchen utensils. The gated parking was a nice bonus. Will definitely be coming here again!

Pacific NW Gem

This is a fabulous location for experiencing the Pacific NW coast. Spectacular views from the primary living space. Easy access to the beach and lots of dinning choices within a short walk. Property host was very accessible. Highly recommend this vacation rental.

Great in any weather

We decided to stay here again because spring weather at the Oregon coast is a roll of the dice. Even in the cold and wet, the view is great and you are a short walk from multiple restaurants. Also. when the sun peeks out, you are close enough to the beach to zip down there and take advantage. This is a great location

Great Experience!

If you're looking for incredible views and easy beach access, this is the place! The condo itself was very clean and accommodating. We could walk to restaurants/shops in just minutes. Sweet Homes (management company) made the entire rental process super easy with great communication. During our stay, we recommended the condo to friends and they booked a weeks stay. We will definitely be back!
