"Excellent location conveniently close to downtown, but the facilities are not well maintained. Rates can be quite steep during peak seasons, so booking in advance may help. I also had a negative experience when the air conditioning stopped working at midnight. Despite requesting alternative accommodations, no other rooms were available. We asked about other options, but nothing could be arranged. I hope the hotel will honor the credit they promised as compensation for this inconvenience."

"Our stay & previous stays have been great! The staff is very friendly, helpful & always have an upbeat great attitude!! Ms. Heather is hands down absolutely the best. Our air was out in our room and she went above and beyond to help us! I can't forget Ms. Nikki and Ms. Monica! They are always willing to help with a smile on their face! Our room is very clean and spacious, housekeeping does a fabulous job! It's very quiet, and safe. We would highly recommend this Quality Inn to others! It's very affordable and comfortable!!
