Our room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was friendly. There was ample parking, and the inn is very walkable to downtown Newport. Breakfast was a mixture of hot oatmeal and various home baked goods and some breads. There were always cookies in the dining room in the afternoon. The lemon blueberry cookies were delicious! We’re frequent travelers, and we would stay here again.

This is the cutest place with super friendly staff. It was very clean and comfortable. They serve cookies in the afternoon. It is close to the wharf and all shopping. Highly recommend!!
