Great facility, but the street needs improvements

First the good points. An excellent "condo" style facility, with lots of room. 2 balconies/decks. garage. full kitchen. Needs improvement: the street leading to the buildings is extremely dark, and doesn't have any signs except at the very end of the street. The street has lots of pot-holes. Also, they need to send everyone an email stating that you need to pick up the keys at the Bay Voyage Inn, which is about a mile away.

They overbooked so they moved us to a lovely room in the main hotel - was really happy with the 'mistake' - they also left a nice bottle of wine 'comp which was a nice surprise. I want to compliment Isabel, behind the lobby desk. She was very helpful, and welcoming. All around a really nice stay.

Nice stay with beautiful view

Comfortable condo with on site free parking and amazing view. Master bedroom and large with private bath. Second bedroom incredibly small. Not walkable to anything.

This is a timeshare and Expedia and other 3rd party vendors sell it. My family, and another family that bought through a different site, were canceled 3 hours before checking in. Horrible customer service.

We enjoyed having a very spacious 2 bed /2 .5 bath condo to accommodate our family. We were thrilled to have such an amazing view of the Narragansette Bay and the Newport Bridge. Stunning lights at night from the Bridge and Newport and amazing sunrise each morning. There was a full kitchen with essentials for serving, we had take out from local places. Great location, friendly staff. We had a few hiccups with leaky kitchen sink faucet and an exterior alarm of the generator outside our unit that went off at 3 AM and no one responded to until 7:30AM despite our calls and text. Otherwise, this is a gem of a location with easy walk to town or short drive to Newport itself.

So clean and quiet place

The staff are so friendly and the service is great. This resort had everything we needed. It was clean, comfortable and very nice. I want to come again next time. The location is very good and the place where you can enjoy the sunrise and sunset together was really close and pretty.

Amazing place to stay.

We loved this place and will absolutely be going back. It was quiet, with an incredibly beautiful view of the ocean and the bridges. The staff is extremely helpful and reply quickly to any and all questions. The check in office is located off site. I do with they had told you that prior. I was trying to check in well after dark and it was coldddd. But the place was open, lots of light in the daytime and spacious, the cleanliness of it could have been improved upon. Quite a bit of dirt and dust accumulation in main areas and the faucets in the bathrooms weren’t very clean. But, overall, I would still happily stay there. Everything besides the cleaning part (which can be fixed) was perfect.
