Everyone was so accommodating and helpful. Especially the maintenance man he was absolutely great! The amenities, cleanliness, and accommodations were fantastic as well! Would love to stay back there, and highly recommend!

Well kept room, did enjoy the use of the little kitchen nook. Real plates and silverware was a nice touch. Comfy bed and very clean room.

Great location for a Newport wedding!

My family stayed here for two nights because we had a wedding in Newport. A great location and very easy to go back and forth to the events. The location is very pretty on the water and with a view of the bridge. There is a cute coffee shop a short walk from the hotel. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious but the bedroom is very small. There is less than a foot from the foot of the bed to the furniture and about the same distance from the side of the bed to the AC shelf!! I am a small person and had to shuffle through side ways! The other issue with the room is the humidity - there is a dehumidifier that we had to empty 3 times in a day. The room smells like dirty sports socks/ stinky feet! Hopefully not every room smells like that - the hallway was ok. Would stay again if the room didn’t smell!

Enjoyed our stay! Great view!

Enjoy our stay - had room on the third floor, no balcony, but a great view of the bay. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. There was a problem with the pool so we could not use it. That did not bother us since we spent most of our time in Newport. One minor problem - only mirror was in the bathroom. Also no TV available in the workout room.

I’m a hotels.com high tier member, do a lot of traveling. This hotel is an absolute dump. Room smelled like mold, floor has large lumps under the carpet (feels disgusting walking around bare foot), bathroom door gets stuck when shut, need help getting out if you’re a smaller person. Bed extremely uncomfortable. Had to sleep on sofa bed because so bad. Place prob needs $2 million+ in renovations. Would definitely never stay here again.

I just didn’t feel we got out moneys worth. The location in regard to Newport was fine. Easy access and beautiful view. Amenities were non existent. No restaurant or bar (said changing hands… closed at the moment- we were not informed). No housekeeping. Just not the relaxing stay we hoped for- paying over $500/night

Property is run down. Hallway carpet is caked down like a matt. Room smelled musty and like it had been treated with formaldehyde. No food on premises; only coffee for breakfast. Staff was nice. The kitchenette in the room was generously equipped with appliances, knives, silverware, glasses, and dishes. Great location.

We had a lovely stay. Reviews made me think the property was going to be outdated, old, but I was pleasantly surprised. Our unit was immaculate, and faced the ocean. The pool is small but was nice, and there is a quaint flower garden. Location is perfect, walking distance to great restaurants, I recommend Simpatico, and quick drive to Narragansett beach.
