Welcome to our home!
Large, comfortable home great for families, business retreat or a weekend with friends. Luxury Memory Foam beds, gorgeous views, fireplaces, and just a short walk to Newport's Historic Bay Front. Once you stay at Bridgeview you’ll be planning to return!

We are a family of 7 so the kitchen is fully stocked with more than enough plates, condiments, spices, large pots and pans, etc. The game room has all the classics: monopoly, Uno, scrabble, Risk, Cribbage, plus a poker table and more! Back yard is fenced for your fur babies.

If there is an emergency, I have a fabulous local support team to help.

We stayed with family and 3 doggos and it was perfect! Spacious and the location and view were perfect. Fenced back yard was a dream! Better than listed. We will definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed the large dining room table for our meals and Card games… it was nice that everyone had their own space… it must’ve been a while since other people have stayed there cause there were a lot of cobwebs.Downstairs bathroom sink is very slow drain so it was nice that we had three bathrooms

Perfect for a group or family

Amazing view of the Bridge and Bay! Loved that we all (4 couples and 2 singles) had our own rooms to sleep in. Lots of spaces to spread out and a giant table to have dinner at. Rene (the host) was amazing (answered my zillion questions quickly) and was very accommodating on some special requests. Would rent again for sure!

Big House, Great Location, Great View

Really enjoyed the time here. House is very big with room for extended family, and plenty of bathrooms, gathering spaces, etc. Great view of Newport harbor from the deck, short walk from all of the waterfront stuff. Check-in process was smooth, communication excellent. Could use some updating, but overall a clean, comfortable, fun place, especially for a larger group. Thanks for a nice stay!

Family Tradition

We have stayed here before. It is perfect for a large group and to do some light cooking at the house. It is not a 4 star hotel, but perfect if you want even your fur babies with you. I would stay again and recommend it for a big family and pets.

I needed to book a house for a last minute family emergency in town and Rene was very accommodating. The house was exactly what we needed and met all expectations. The upper living area, the balcony, and game room had a great view of the historic bayfront! The location was a close walk from the bayfront (there is a steep hill on the walk back). Neighbors were friendly. The house itself was huge! The owner was helpful and replied quickly to my questions. Would definitely be back!

A Great Base of Operations

I was in Newport with a group of other researchers for a week of field work and Rene's place was a fantastic base of operations. Plenty of room for us to set up in the garage, spread out around the house, cook, and unwind on the deck with a spectacular view of the Newport waterfront. Within easy walking distance of historic Newport and a short drive to commercial area along 101. The house has many rooms -- even with a team of 7, it never felt full. Really well equipped kitchen.

Great place, great location. The place needs a little maintenance. Front door handle just about fell off. When arriving through the front door there was a smell. The sliding glass door had water in the bottom of it because the weep holes were plugged with moss. A lot of the windows had water setting in them due to being clogged. DVD player does not work, wont read the disk, I tried several. The kitchen stove light was inoperable. That being said I would rent the house again. in

Awesome house

The house was amazing. The listing says there is a hot tub, but we didn't see one anywhere. That was okay because we spent a lot time on the bay front anyway. The rooms are awesome, beds are really comfortable. I definitely plan on renting this house again in the future, and my friends plan to bring their kids next time. I highly recommend this property, owner communication was phenomenal.
