Newport ladies weekend

Wonderful centrally located house. Walking distance to beach and old town and a great restaurant serving the best clam chowder we’ve ever had. We will definitely stay there again!

Perfect beach stay

The house was exactly as described. It was cozy and inviting and the host, Jerry, was always responsive (although it was not necessary to request anything). There was also a crib and high chair for our toddler. The proximity to the beach (walking distance) and driving distance to the aquarium and Yaquina Lighthouse were highlights. Any return trips to Newport, we'll be requesting this house.

Charming A Frame near the beach.

This cozy, charming home was the perfect spot for our family for a beach weekend. The kitchen was well equipped and we loved having a fireplace during the stormy November weather. We highly recommend this home

Great location and fun flash back to the past in this A frame, we had a fantastic visit. When we needed to ask a question, the owner was quick to respond and help navigate a solution. Perfect spot if you have a canine family member; fence is secure and plenty of room to run/play.

Newport vacay

This property really made our family trip fun. Both kids and adults enjoyed the games and hot tub, and having a fenced in yard for the dog was really helpful. It’s very close to the beach and a nice restaurant, and conveniently located in town, making it ideal for exploring.

Central Oregon Coast Fun!

Fabulous home - so spacious and fabulous location!! We loved every minute of our stay! Close to everything - we made blown glass art at Oregon Coast Glassworks, went on a boat cruise at Marine Discovery Tours, and deep-sea fishing with Newport Tradewinds! We enjoyed meals at the house and at Nana’s Irish Pub and The Fish Peddler. And a great hike on the Amanda Trail in Yachats! Plus gorgeous sunsets every night and nightly soaks in the hot tub!!

Great for a family

The house was a great place for our family of 6 to stay. My kids loved the games available upstairs. The house was clean and was in a great location, only a couple minutes walk to the beach. The house is older and some little quirks, like the heating making a high pitched squealing noise when it was on, but besides that it was a great place to stay.

Spacious & well appointed

The A-frame was larger than we anticipated. We had lots of space, inside and outside. And we could all hang out together in the kitchen and living room. It was easy to put a game on the TV. The kitchen had everything we needed. The hot tub was clean and up to temperature when we arrived.

Family Christmas getaway

The house was nice and big for 2 teenage boys, a college girl, a tween, a post-college student a mom and grandmother. There was lots of TVs for relaxing. The beds were clean and comfy. And plenty of bathrooms for all. The only downside was not being able to see the ocean from the house, but it was close enough that you could hear the ocean waves crashing. The hot tub was nice, too.

Great house in a great town

Really cool house, not your typical box. Everything we needed was there, everything worked. Nice to have many of the light switches labeled so there was no guessing. Very nice to have three bathrooms. The house is very comfortable to just hang out in, easy access, and close to just about everything. Would love to stay again sometime!

This property is showing a little wear, the dishes are chipped and some furniture well worn but overall it is a comfortable stay and the updates in the kitchen and bathrooms were nice. The pinball machine and hot tub were unexpected extras and fun to enjoy. Good place for a family Close to the beach but no view on a busy street. All in all we enjoyed our two days in Newport

Great All-Around Location

There is an abundant of easy ways to access the beach. And the beach had ample shoreline even during high tide. There was plenty to keep occupied when the weather was sour, between board and card games, an old table video arcade, hot tub, and pinball machine. The house was fully-furnished and had everything one could need. It is a safe and quiet neighborhood. Lots of room to spread out and find a quiet nook even during busy family gatherings. Highly recommend

Fun Place To Stay

We had a fun trip. This place is cute and cozy. Great living room furniture, comfy beds and fenced backyard space. Three bathrooms is a plus, too. Bring your essentials, as they don’t supply soap for showering and bathing. Good kitchen setup. Hot tub is not upstairs (as pictured) with an ocean view, though. It’s downstairs, in back yard, off main bedroom. I can recommend this place.

Beautiful home

This was our second stay here. The first was five years ago. It is just as beautiful as it was then. I enjoyed the old decor, it reminded me of when I lived in Hawaii as a kid. Loved having no carpet. Loved the hot tub. Loved the back yard! Love the A frame house being re-built next to it. Can’t wait to rent them both if available. Loved the pinball machine. Loved the master bedroom with big room upstairs. All in all beautiful. Definitely get a new guest book someones little guy scribbled all over it.

Stayed 3 nights. Was an excellent property as others mentioned. Close to Nye Beach, though it’s a few stairs to get down so don’t bring a wagon. First VRBO. Didn’t know what to expect for supplies. There was dish soap, paper towels, laundry detergent/sheets. Shampoo/conditioner/soap. Toilet paper. Lots of towels. Enough spices to get the job done and plenty of cooking equipment. Would recommend for a family for sure. There were 4 of us. Myself and my 3 young girls. Plenty of space for the six advertised. Girls loved the hot tub. Jeremy

Perfect place for family of 4 and the in-laws

Two master suites with their own bathrooms, additional bedroom and a loft with old arcade games and pinball machine was perfect. House was very well stocked with everything we needed including garbage bags, toilet paper, toiletries, soap etc. the last house we rented hand none of these things so we were so happy these were provided. 2 min walk to the beach but be prepared for a lot of stairs, didn’t bother us but might for those with limited mobility. Dutch Bros was a 2 min walk and perfect for morning coffee, there is a coffee maker in the house but w slice Dutch Bros. Location was very convenient to get to the docks and into town. Beds were very comfortable, plenty of towels provided and beach towels for the hot tub. Crab pots in the garage that we wanted to use but will have to do that on our next stay. Host was very responsive and laid back. Nice notes posted around the house to give info like which switch controls the lights fans etc and how to use the different arcade machines were helpful. House was very clean and maintained. Would definitely stay at this property again!
