We own and operate several properties on Aquidneck Island that offer nightly, weekly & monthly rentals.

Thames Street is 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom condo located in the heart of downtown Newport. This a second & third floor property, directly above retail shops. Each bedroom has a king size bed each with an adjacent bathroom. The property sleeps six people in total. There is 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the second floor. With one bedroom, one bathroom, a cozy eat in kitchen and living room on the third floor. You can access the roof top deck (seasonal) from the third floor. AC window units are installed in the high summer season. One parking spot provided on property.

Please note that this is a LEGAL Newport rental property. We highly recommend booking only legal rentals otherwise you risk the chance of eviction by the city along with possible fines.

Please note we have a two night minimum and prefer to rent Friday & Saturday nights together. If you are looking for a Thursday & Friday OR Saturday & Sunday please message us for accurate pricing. Holiday weekends have a three night minimum. If you are looking to stay longer over a holiday weekend and are having trouble booking please message us. Also, if you have questions regarding pricing we only negotiate summer pricing within a 4 weeks of the stay. Feel free to reach out regarding off season pricing or long term stays. Lastly, if you are looking for an early check in or a late check out we will be unable to guarantee this until the week of your reservation as it depends on other guests checking in or out.

You will be contacted within 24 hours of your arrival by VRBO with check in instructions. Check in is 3 pm and check out is 10am.

The space was clean, spacious and in the perfect location. The write-up and related photos were accurate. The shared space was great for hanging out, doing puzzles, watching movies; and the rooftop deck provided a beautiful view of the sunsets. We will definitely be back!

Great family vacation in Newport.
We decided to do a short family vacation before the summer season. The apartment was perfect for our family. The roof deck is spectacular and nice for enjoying your morning coffee. The location made it easy to walk everywhere. The house had all the essentials and the bathrooms had the basic toiletries. Beds were comfortable and there was a nice living room for family games. The shop keepera below the apartment were friendly and we loved the keyless entry to the apartment. My only regret is that we did not stay longer.

This home was great for our party of three couples spending New Years Eve weekend in Newport. The bedrooms are very roomy and we all had our own bathroom. The showers have wonderful body wash and high end shampoo/conditioners. The kitchen is stocked with two coffee makers including K-cups. The table in the kitchen is a bit small for 6 people , but if you stay here in the summer months you will be able to enjoy the larger table on the rooftop deck.The location is right on Thames St in the heart of fun shops and restaurants. If you stay in the lower bedrooms you may want to bring earplugs if you are sensitive to loud noises at night. The unit was very clean when we arrived (although we found someone’s clothes in the nightstand as we were departing). Overall, we found the beds to be very comfortable, the showers were great, and we loved the convenience of walking to shops and restaurants. We did have to find parking down the road for one of the cars we took. We couldn’t find long term parking, just had to keep feeding the meter every 12 hours or so. Newport is a great place to visit any time of year… lots of history, culture , shopping and great for foodies!

A Gem in the Heart of Newport
What a gorgeous place to stay… even in the rain! So many fun places to explore living right on Thames st. Having off street parking was key (1 spot). The home was clean and exactly as described. You mush be able to tolerate stairs. And heights! the view is great on the roof top. A comfortable place to sit and visit with family or friends. I highly recommend.

Great stay!
We were in Newport this weekend for my brother’s wedding. This was a perfect place for us to stay! The beds were huge and comfy. There was tons of space for my daughters to run and crawl around and it was so nice to have the roof top deck. I would definitely recommend to anyone traveling with a big group or family :)
