Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request. - This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Bedroom 5 features a small kitchenette (mini fridge & microwave). - This unit features a sleeper sofa in the living area for additional sleeping arrangements. - The reservation holder must be at least 25 and must be present for the entire stay.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

The house was amazing, clean, and had an awesome rooftop! Not to mention steps away from beach. However, it did say it sleeps 14 and I have no idea how. We were squeezed and had to bring air mattresses ! But the host was awesome and super helpful.
Property was just as presented. Absolutely loved the rooftop area! Accomodations were comfortable and kitchen was stocked with all we needed. Communication was great and any needs were addressed quickly. Perfect, quiet location. Took advantage of Avantstay's recommendation for Hibachi dinner at home and that was a huge success. Thanks for a wonderful experience!
Family’s (3) from different states of all ages merged for a place to stay due to family emergency. Was comfortable. Space to get out of the way if needed, hearing and viewing of ocean with fire pit was relaxing, each room was temp controlled w/own tv, very close proximity to beach for walks was great for others.

Every room was fantastic including the casita.
The only thing that can be challenging is the parking…. The spot left PLENTY of spots, but they were a little tight. The only spot that wasn’t tight was by the alley. This IS NOT A BAD THING, but worth noting if you have only big cars….
