Home Truths: - Please note, this rental is only the bottom floor unit. The top floor is a separate rental unit. - There are 4 shared bikes available for this unit and the top floor unit. Bikes are first come first serve. - The home comes with beach gear, including: Beach Chairs, Beach Toys, Boogie Boards. - Please note our occupancy includes an additional 3 beyond bed count. There are two queen mattresses available to accommodate the additional occupancy. - This home allows up to 2 pets for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay’s approval may result in a $500 fine per pet. - The reservation holder must be at least 25 and must be present for the entire stay.
Parking Details: 2 reserved parking spots. 1 in the carport and another in the alley blocking the carport. Street parking may also be available on Seashore Dr and 38th St.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

First time to Newport and first staying at this new listing. Everything was exactly as stated, clean, great patio for relaxing and everything you needed for your stay. Highly recommend for a family of 4 or less due to one bathroom. WiFi is not strong so bring hotspot with you if you plan on working from beach house. Great stay and we will be back next time in Newport!!!
