We enjoyed our stay and the accommodations were perfect. The beach is beautiful here with lifeguards and not very crowded !My grandchildren ranged from 3-10 yrs old. They had a great time! We would stay here again:)
We had a wonderful stay! The beach house is a perfect location! It’s on the edge of Newport Beach, but far away from all the crowds! Our side of the beach was quiet and clean and enjoyable! Easy to get in and out of!
We loved the beach house! The beds were the best we have ever slept on, ever! The home was well stocked and very cute, styled well! Thank you for a lovely family vacation! It accommodated a large group easily!
Great location. Bright and clean. Comfortable beds. Very well stocked kitchens. Just a few kinks. Empty shower gel bottles in two bathrooms. TV was very challenging to operate. No tissue boxes and the toilet paper was very low quality. I would stay there again but bring my own products.
This property had everything we needed to make our week stay comfortable. We loved the location to the beach and the extra’s, like the bikes, chairs, and beach games in the garage.

We had a wonderful stay, everything was as listed, what I was very impressed with was we did have a problem and somebody was there within an hour to take care of it, that’s part of what makes it a wonderful stay, getting things taken care of when needed.
We were a three generation family of 8 who stayed in both units. The property was immaculate and very well stocked. It was easy to find, easy to check in/out, and just steps from the beach. No crossing the PCH which was huge bonus. We could walk to stores and restaurants. The house came with lots of amenities including beach chairs, towels, beach toys and bikes. Had a great view of the ocean from the balcony. 10/10 highly recommend!!

This was one of our best family vacations. The property was perfect for our needs. Four families with all ages. The property had space and activities for everyone. The bikes were a hit for our teens the board games made fami night fun
This property was very clean and well stocked. It is modern and up to date-seems recently remodeled or built. Beds were very comfortable. Just a few steps to a huge beach and the neighborhood was quiet and convenient. Parking was a bit of a challenge but a nearby street was available most of the time.
Beautiful, large two unit space to be together again. Life has taken our family far away from each other for many years. This was the perfect venue to be together! And active ~Spike ball at the beach & wow what waves! Magnificent ocean !
The property is spectacular and turnkey with every possible amenity you could hope for in a beachside property. Beach cruiser bikes, Tommy Bahama chairs, loads of body boards, Spike ball, smashball, sand toys, plenty of beach towels and a fantastic location. Incredibly comfortable beds and easy to operate technology. Oh, and don't forget the most important thing for it's location, CONVENIENT PARKING! Thank you team for a fantastic experience!
The property is sizable and modern. The garage fit our suburban which is not always guaranteed. There were perks than were not mentioned on the official listing - bikes, coolers, beach chairs and more. It was steps to the sand.
We had an amazing time at this property! The house is two units, which gave us plenty of space. The house is beautifully designed and decorated and only one house away from the beach - truly felt like a luxury vacation! The house was stocked with everything we needed and there were even extra beach toys, boogie boards, beach chairs and bikes to use in the garage. The only trouble we had was the bottom unit was difficult to lock with the keypad, so we had to use the hard key from the lockbox sometimes. But overall a really great stay!
We rented both upstairs and downstairs and there was plenty of room to accommodate everyone's needs and lots of sleeping options for all of us, adults to kids. Kitchens and baths were extremely clean with higher end finishes. The home was incredibly well stocked and while I had never heard of Avant Stay prior to the week we were all super impressed by how nice they did everything. Tons of nice white bath towels, loads of beautiful beach towels, bathroom amenities, wine, seltzers and even chocolates. Bikes and beach gear in the garage. When we had an issue with drains not draining in the downstairs showers on the first day the manager was at the site within 20 minutes to fix it. They checked with us numerous times to check whether there was anything we needed and couldn't have been nicer. The location is perfect for the beach, one house away, and a short walk to several cool little places to eat. Only negative was having to go outside to go between the 2 units but totally get why it's that way. Check-in was a little annoying because it ran late due to the prior people leaving a real mess. But the cleaning people were super accommodating to us as far as letting us park the cars and some of our gear outside even though it inconvenienced them somewhat. Would rent this place again! Thank you for a great week!
