  • California dreaming at this 1 bedroom Newport Beach home in the Center of Newport in the Balboa Peninsula. Walking distance to the Bay, beach, and restaurants. Anything you can think of you can do here. This 1 bedroom also has a pullout sofa and a front patio with seats and BBQ to enjoy the Newport weather. Enjoy Newport Beach finest restaurants and businesses all next to this beautiful home w/ a one car garage! Permit #SLP13736

    One bedroom, one bath, with laundry room and attached one car garage. Also includes a full kitchen, dining area and oversized living room with a sleeper sofa and private patio.

    No access to rooftop. That is exclusively available to our guests renting the two bedroom unit which can be booked through this site as well.
