We had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect — an easy walk to local stores and to the beach. The house was clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Bed was comfortable and we loved the indoor outdoor living space. I would definitely book again.
Everything was as advertised. Close to shops, clean, easy to access and the sun deck with fire pit was great. We had family join us for Bbq on the deck. The A/C kept the house comfortable. We would rent this again.
The property and location were outstanding. It was just what we were looking for in a relaxing visit close to restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend.

This is an excellent location in the heart of Corona Del Mar. It is a short walk to the beach (about 5 to 10 min) and to numerous restaurant options on PCH. The patio is perfect for soaking up the CDM life / weather and the people walking by are extremely friendly. This house is great for a night cooking in, coffee on the patio in the morning or a starting point for dinner on PCH. We would love to stay at this place again soon!
The place was cozy and clean, with modernized kitchen/appliances/bathrooms. Very quiet and comfortable. The location is a block off of Coast Hwy, and walking distance to all the best CDM restaurants and shops. Incredibly convenient location. Everything was perfect. We will rent again!
I stayed here when visiting family. The house was absolutely beautiful in a great location. Close to the local coffee shop, Orangetheory, F45, CVS, etc. and also to the water. I did not have a car and was able to walk to everything I needed. The house also provided essentials such as laundry detergent, shampoo/conditioner, and even blow dryer. There was some lack of communication and a couple miscommunications prior to the stay but the host absolutely did the right thing and rectified the situation. Because of that, I would definitely stay here again.
We had an incredible 5 night stay—enjoyed the proximity to restaurants and the beach. The kitchen was well stocked and the bedrooms were comfortable. When we checked in we found that the master bedroom tv remote was missing and we notified the property manager, who responded immediately and had a new one over nighted. We were super impressed with his quick communication and willingness to correct the problem. We will look forward to visiting again and staying at this house!
We absolutely loved our stay. The most convenient location. Starbucks is around the corner. Everything in the home was clean and comfortable. It’s a 5 minute walk to the beach on Goldenrod’s famous bridge. And it’s even quicker to the Village and all its great restaurants!We are already planning to book our next trip.
The home is tucked into a quiet, lovely community that facilitates walks and access to all amenities within a short reach. The home is small but perfect for a small group stay. Loved our stay.
It was our second stay at this property.Great location. One minute walk to the Starbucks. 5-10 minutes to the nicest restaurants like Gulfstream, Bandera, Bungalow, Rothschild’s, and ets. If you want to have more late fun there are Quiet Woman, Port. So many shops and little cafes and all that in the Village. The house is nice and clean. You don’t need to bring anything all the cleaning supplies are there. We are already planning our next trip.
We’ve stayed at many vacation rentals across the U.S. and abroad, and this was our first negative experience. We’ve rented several homes in Corona Del Mar and chose this one only because our usual options weren’t available. The location is quiet and walkable, but unfortunately, the home didn’t meet expectations.We booked this property because it looked recently updated and included a garage—important due to the area’s twice-weekly street cleaning. Only after contacting the host from the airport did we learn the garage was too small for our car. This should be disclosed in the listing.The home was clean, and the corner lot was quiet, but we had no hot water for five days. Communication with the host was difficult —we had to stay in and meet the plumber ourselves to resolve the issue. The master sink was clogged for four days. Three bright lights from the adjacent property, also managed by the host, stayed on 24/7, shining into the master bedroom. They were only covered on day nine after repeated requests.Outdoor cushions were dirty, and the umbrella was broken. The compact layout works for two, but bathrooms have almost no counter space. Couch and chair were uncomfortable—we bought new bed pillows during our stay. No welcome guide or info was provided; we had to message the host for basic questions. We had to contact the host from the airport because we had not received check-in instructions.We hope this helps others make an informed decision.
