    This property is immaculate with amazing Ocean Views and is located on the famous Newport Beach Boardwalk. Open up your massive sliding glass doors to expose an incredible breeze and walk onto the sand and into the Pacific Ocean. This house has a Gourmet chefs kitchen with granite countertops that looks directly out to the ocean, a very spacious family room that connects the kitchen and the beach, Dual Master bedrooms, four bedrooms, five full bathrooms, cherry hardwood floors. This beach house is located on the boardwalk which is walking distance to the Newport Pier, many dining locations, the Balboa Fun Zone, and countless activities. This beach house is large enough for many people and also included a garage fit for a midsized car including 3 bikes to use and washer/dryer downstairs.

    Come enjoy this little slice of paradise for your vacation oasis. It is beautifully located so you can really explore the many features and attractions of the greater Newport Beach area. Kick your feet up and relax a little bit..

    Enjoy the 3 miles of paved boardwalk and/or delight in a fabulous dinner out at the revitalized Lido Marina Village.

    If you prefer to head East, enjoy the Fun Zone Ferris wheel overlooking Newport Harbor where you can find lots of ways to enjoy both land and sea-based activities.

    The enchantment of the Newport Peninsula offers a variety of activities everyone can enjoy. Simply be the sun gazer and castle builder everyone wishes they had time to be.

The perfect getaway

We absolutely loved the stay. Everything about it was more than what we expected. The host was super accommodating and very easy to work with, and we appreciated it so much! The location is fantastic, close enough to get to places by walking, but far enough away that you have peace and quiet. And beach front… you can’t beat that!

Awesome Place Right on the Beach!

We had a wonderful stay at the house. The host was so friendly. We drove by a few hours before check in and he let us drop off all of our stuff in the garage until they were done cleaning. The house has everything you need for your stay. We will definitely stay here again with our family!!

Amazing Property

This place was absolutely perfect! The house was very clean and well maintained. It is in a prime location with everything you need within walking distance. We enjoyed watching the surfers from our porch each morning, taking walks on the boardwalk, and walking to a different restaurant each night for dinner. Our host, Joey, was very hospitable and went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed. It was a perfect weekend!

We enjoyed our beach house stay. There’s no need to cook restaurants are steps away. Beautiful beach and very helpful host. We did have trouble parking on the street because there is only one spot available in garage. The beach can be noisy late at night especially on the weekends.

Perfect beachhouse near the Newport Pier

This place is heaven...I could have spent all 8 days sitting in the recliner looking at the waves, feeling the cool ocean breeze flowing thru the house and watching the people passing by the full-width open glass doors. The proximity to the pier was close enough to walk to for the Farmer's market, the local restaurants and shops. And, the Spaghetti Factory was wonderful! The unit is well equipped with everything you'll need for your visit. We completely enjoyed this place.

This was a great home for our family trip. The location is right on the beach and a very short walk to the shops and restaurants. The house was clean, well stocked with beach essentials, and the living room had a sliding door wall that opened up to the beautiful beach views. Only knock on the house was no AC but if you keep the windows open, the beach breeze kept the house cool, especially at night. Definitely a five star stay!

Our first trip to Newport did not disappoint. This boardwalk/beachfront property was exactly as described. High-end amenities and furnishings with spectacular views and easy beach access makes this property ideal for families. Living room and master room fireplaces made the home cozy on rainy days. Beach cruisers available to ride the boardwalk were super fun. Garage with access to washer and dryer was great! Location was perfect with easy short walks to restaurants and shopping. This house has everything you’ll need and it’s in a perfect location. Restaurants are just a short walk away, groceries are within walking, having a garage to park in is priceless, and loved being on the boardwalk. Beach oasis

If you’re looking for a beach house where you can step out your door and walk on the boardwalk or cross the sand to the ocean, this house couldn’t be more perfect. When you’re not outside you can still watch the surfers out your window (upstairs and down) and the walkers and bikers streaming past on the boardwalk. The house is well-equipped with all the necessaries for cooking and restaurants and shops are just a short walk away. Joey, our host, responded immediately to all our questions and couldn’t have been more helpful. Highly recommend Pescadou for wonderful French food in a quiet setting. We had a lovely, relaxing week!

Best Vacation Ever!!!

Were do I begin. This was our second stay at this beautiful home. It was even better than last year, and I did not think it could be topped. So so relaxing sitting along the beach and chilling, we will be staying again! It is perfectly located to the beach and the local shops, restaurants, and the supermarket. (All walking distance) The surfers in the family could rent equipment by day or week which they loved. Joey and Nick are incredible – They are so responsive; they genuinely care about you and the home; you can tell based on the care they take. If you want a vacation that can meet the needs of your whole family and most importantly give you an environment of comfort and relaxation this is the place!!!

Beautiful home, great location. Joey is a the best property manager I have ever dealt with. We had a small plumbing problem and he was there with the plumbers right away. He also brought flowers and a bottle of wine to make up for the inconvenience. The only complaint is no air conditioning. At night it can be a little uncomfortable. They did provide fans but I would rather have AC. I will stay at this property again.

We stayed here for my husbands 60 birthday party. 4 couples. Everyone had their own bedroom and own bathroom. We had a fantastic time. So many VRBO's don't stock coffee or supplies and they had coffee for all of us. Joey was the BEST communicator. The windows facing the ocean actually open and we spent so much time sitting on the patio with the doors open enjoying the ocean air. So much is within walking distance. Beds were comfy. Plenty of hot water for 8 people! The only issue (wasn't really an issue)... one couple wanted wash cloths and they didn't have any in their bathroom. We would come back here anytime....again and again! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!!
