Charming Newport Beach Cottage front house includes middle patio
- Location, location, location. 1 1/2 blocks from the sand on one side, and the bay on the other side. Prime location to do whatever you might feel like doing. Everything is walking distance. And at your finger tips. Our cottage sleeps 6, and is upgraded with granite and travertine throughout. One car garage with washer & dryer. Private front and back patios. Pets not a problem,Flat screen tv,s in every room. Enjoy sunsets, walks on the beach and some of the best restaurants in California. About 850 square feet.
Vacation trades are possible. We also provide beach cruisers at the property and anything else that you might need to make your stay most enjoyable.
