NEW Papa's Place on 1st hole Linville Land Harbor Pet Friendly

Come together and enjoy the expansive delight of our incredible mountain retreat!
Our cabin is situated on the 1st hole of the Linville Land Harbor golf course. Equipped with HVAC air conditioning and heat, ample parking, a spacious covered porch, a soothing hot tub, a cozy fire pit, cornhole, and a foosball table, this getaway has it all.
You'll have access to amenities golf, tennis, pickleball, a community pool, shuffleboard, a 45-acre lake with canoes, excellent fishing spots, and even a dog park!

The king sized bedroom is located on the entry level living area along with a full bath. This level also includes a full kitchen and a Keurig with pour over coffee maker. A seating area off the kitchen along with a large dining table and gas fireplace. There is also spacious den that has a huge comfy couch, a 65 inch smart TV with cable and large windows with fabulous views.

The queen bedroom is located on the lower level with a full bath. Plenty of seating along with a gas fireplace, TV with cable and believe it or not another fully stocked kitchen! Walk right out to the hot tub.

Two air mattress can be found in the closet upstairs if you need additional sleeping space.

Papa has set of golf clubs for your use along with a few fishing poles

Poppa’s Place is Perfect

My husband and I spent a week at Poppa’s Place in Land Harbor. Beautiful surroundings, lots to do….golfing was fun. House is clean and comfortable. Highly recommend

Great Experience!

We had an amazing time at Poppy’s place. There was plenty of room and the kids loved the games, fuse ball game, and especially the hot tub!! We will be back!

This was our first trip to Newland, NC, but it definitely won’t be our last. This rental exceeded all of our expectations. It had so much space, far more appliances, entertainment options/games than we imagined. Papa’s Place was beautifully decorated and incredibly cozy.

Great place

two couples stayed here for a golf vacation. We have friends who own a place not too far away. We loved this property. It had two separate living areas which made it ideal for us. The porch overlooks the first tee of Linville Land Harbor Golf course. It was fun to sit out there and watch people play through. There is a nice firepit also overlooking the green that we didn't get to use because of the wind. The house was very well equipped and we didn't lack for anything. We did not have any maintenance issues at all. We would definitely stay here again
