The place is clean and quiet, but power and TV gets knocked out by high winds easily. The means no elevator, but the lights always stay on.

The location was good and the front desk staff were friendly. However.. there were clumps of hair on my top blanket, and brown marks on the side of the toilet. The room floor looked clean but the beds and bathroom left a lot to be desired. Two handles on the cupboards in the kitchen were also broken.

Walk the person working the front desk was great. But then got into the elevador and it smelled disgusting! Like there was a dead animal somewhere in it, it was bad, I had to hold my breath. Then the halls dont have carpeting, which is fine but the floors were dirty and gross. Our room was very nice, clean, no complaints. Checked out at 745am and there was no worker, a steel plate covers the desk area, odd, and people sitting in the waiting area in bath robes, weirded us out. Location is also great.

Stayed for 4 nights. The front desk staff was very helpful and kind. Laundry facilities are easy to use and convenient. The room was a decent size, nice to have a fridge, microwave, and even a small stove in the room. The hotel is close to many dining options. Overall we had a positive experience and would stay here again.

Front desk was incredibly helpful. Something had gone wrong and there were no rooms with two beds available but they were able to give us two single bed rooms at no charge to us.

My stay was good. I didn't see an ice machine even though there were ice trays in the refrigerator. Other than that, the stay was good.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, towels & wash clothes were provided. No soap but I always bring my own. They have cookware to purchase if you plan on having an extended stay. Paper towels, silverware or plates aren’t provided. Overall for my quick visit it was great !

Suite was clean! Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Only downside is how thin the walls are-you can hear people talking, furniture shuffling and doors closing in the rooms close by.
