"Gorgeous flat, quiet, really comfortable, fantastic set up with everything you need in the kitchen, clean, and even a couple of croissants left for breakfast. The bed was comfy, the room was dark and a blackbird very gently woke us up at a reasonable time in the morning. At the end of the road are loads of decent eateries as well as a lovely pub with excellent bar staff. There's on street parking outside, free overnight to 9am, and then £6.50 for 4 hours. "I had wonderful stay at Hotel Langfords in September and was extremely satisfied with my experience. The hotel was very clean, comfortable and well-maintained, and the facilities were excellent. I would especially like to express my sincere appreciation to the reception staff, who were exceptionally kind, welcoming, respectful and helpful throughout my stay. Whenever I needed anything, they were always happy to assist, and my room was cleaned daily upon request. Their kindness, professionalism and attention to guests made me feel genuinely welcome and comfortable. My heartfelt thanks and congratulations to the entire team for their excellent service. Five stars, absolutely well deserved ! 👍 I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and will be delighted to stay here again."

"I booked 3 rooms. At check in 1 of the rooms had not been cleaned. There were viagra tablets left on bedside cabinet, wine bottles in the bin and bed had not been made. Staff were extremely apologetic and instantly provided a new room. There were no problems with the other 2 rooms. They were all clean and the location perfect for the seafront and Brighton Lanes. Despite the problem with the room not being cleaned I would definitely rebook again"

"Booked 2 rooms one for us and one for our son who is now 18 and does not want to share his room was huge clean tidy and my son loved his stay We had a normal size double that was lovely the only downside is I’m disabled And getting in and out as there is not much turning space The lifts are there just not the room for turning."

Air con situation was a pain, we called to check the room had air con before booking they said yes so we booked then got to the hotel and were put in a non air con room. We asked to move to an air con room and they moved us so had no idea why they didn’t put us in that room in the first place. I wouldn’t book here again as clearly can’t rely on whether you will get an air con room or not. Everything else was good apart from this situation but it is off putting."
