The Neighborhood:

Situated in the heart of the town centre, the studio is within easy walking distance of everything Sunderland has to offer. A wide selection of restaurants, bars, and cafés are right on your doorstep, with the main shopping district less than a 10-minute walk away. The Stadium of Light can be reached in around 20 minutes on foot or a short drive or taxi ride. Just five minutes from the studio is Mowbray Park, ideal for a morning stroll and home to the Sunderland Museum & Winter Gardens. Sunderland train station is also under a 10-minute walk away, while Hendon Beach is a short five-minute drive or approximately a 30-minute walk.

Getting Around:

Thanks to its central location, many of Sunderland’s key attractions are easily reached on foot. Sunderland train station is under a 10-minute walk away or just a short taxi ride, while several bus routes operate along the road outside the building, providing convenient links to other areas of the city. Regular train services also run to central Newcastle, with journey times of around 40 minutes.

Other Things to Note:

The kitchenette is equipped with everything you need to make basic meals. Just bear in mind that it is kitted for 2 people.

Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance.

If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Terrible experience all round

Communication from property manager was very poor. I was initially turned away from the address by security guard who didn’t know about my stay. Fob key did not work on main building, I had to be let in every day by security manager. No instructions were left for return of key. Air vent outside the door very noisy at night. Property manager charged for lost key after key was returned to building manager
