- Compact, comfortable and thoughtfully equipped. Our Studios sleep up to 2 guests and include an in-room kitchenette with microwave, fridge, sink and everything you need for a simple meal. Fresh bed linen and towels are provided. Access to two fully equipped shared kitchens across the building.
Situated on the Roker seafront in Sunderland, Piers View House is steps from Roker Beach, Roker Pier, and some of the North East's best coastal walks. Sunderland city centre — with its shops, restaurants, and nightlife — is just 2 miles away. The Stadium of Light is just 5–10 minutes by taxi or Metro, making us a popular choice for matchday stays.
