Apex Living NE our proud to present a recently modernised spacious and stylish house close to the city centre, the Sunderland Royal Hospital and the famed Sunderland Empire Theatre. The house features 3 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom, a modern kitchen and a spacious bathroom with a shower. The house is perfect for larger groups and those seeking style and comfort whilst visiting Sunderland.

A deceptively large 4-bedroom property which can sleep up to 7 guests. The property has been recently fully refurbished.
