Can't be negative enough about this experience. Went to the appartment we had booked through Expedia, then told we'd be staying elsewhere. Had to walk to new appartment with our suitcases and the new appartment was dark and disgusting, all the surfaces were sticky and there was drug users right out our front window. We handed the keys back and booked a hotel. I urge you NOT to trust Alexander Appartments OR Expedia - good luck trying to get through to Expedia to complain. Check Alexander Appartments out on trustpilot - you'll see countless others with the same experiance

Arrived there with my son for his 27th birthday Checking in was easy , Apartment seemed clean and had a phone number in case of anything went wrong. We couldn’t get internet so I texted the guy called Chris and he let us have the password straight away.on the following morning there was no hot water and through We have a shower before going out at night . After coming back from lunch we found out there was no power in sockets so no Telly , internet , coffee or use for cooking facilities. Texted the guy in charge no answer so kept phoning him and no answer . We left first thing in the morning absolutely disappointed and angry as we were both cold , hungry and felt dirty . Never again sooooo disgusted .

Phoned the lady half hour before we got there,she took my deposit and said she would send code to get in apartment,we got there and still no code stood outside freezing tried ringing 3 times , final she back to us and we got the code we booked this apartment as it had 3 beds but when we got there it only had 2 double beds in so 1 of our party had to sleep on sofa,and we had 2 towels for 4 of us, she said we would get some more but none came.
