Take in culture at the Winter Gardens, catch a match or concert at the Stadium of Light, or enjoy long coastal walks as the sun sets.     The property is easily accessible whether you’re traveling by car or public transport. If you’re driving, you can reach the home via the A1231, which connects directly to Sunderland city centre and the wider Tyne and Wear region. The A19 and A1(M) are just a short drive away, making it simple for guests coming from Newcastle, Durham, or further afield. There’s ample on-street parking available for multiple vehicles.

    For those using public transport, the property is well-served by local buses that run regularly to Sunderland city centre, Seaburn, and nearby suburbs. Sunderland Railway Station is approximately 15 minutes away by car or 25 minutes by bus, offering connections to Newcastle, Durham, and beyond. Metro links via nearby South Hylton and Sunderland stations make commuting and exploring the region easy without a car.

    Whether you’re arriving by train, bus, or car, reaching the property is straightforward, leaving you free to relax and start your stay without hassle.



    Other Things to Note:

    - NO SMOKING INSIDE: We kindly request that smoking be avoided inside the premises. Any indication of smoking will incur a fee of £300 for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.



    - We do require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us and a pre-arrival form filled prior to your stay.



    - LOST KEYS: If keys are lost, a £100 replacement fee is required.



    At Vacant Nests, we’re dedicated to ensuring our property is protected throughout every guest stay. To provide peace of mind for both owners and guests, we require all guests to either have a £400 fully refundable security deposit hold placed on their account or purchase a £40 one-time Accidental Damage Waiver, which covers up to £500 of accidental damage during the stay.
