Amazing location, such a warm feel to the venue staff are excellent and go above and beyond, roof top balcony was so good the drinks were on point and fantastic ambiance, from check in my stay was just perfect ! Thanks to the lovely staff also the rooms are Devine ! Best hotel to stay in NSW by far 3rd visit and everything was on point.

Loved the property and the friendly team. We felt welcomed and it was apparent they love working there. Room was well appointed; bed excellent and shower/amenities first class. Very walkable and lots to do. Was our first visit and will choose QT again next time we are in the area.

The property is cute and fancy, yet unique, displaying local memorabilia within the halls to the rooms, and the rooms are just as unique. The rooms look like art decor speakeasy complete with a cocktail shaker, local alcohol and comfortable bed. The QT hotels are a unique way to rest when on a business or personal trip.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely hotel. The spaces have been thoughtfully designed and the decor is a true delight for the senses. Loved the inclusion of a funky mini bar. The staff were so friendly and the rooftop bar is an absolute must to include in your stay.

Great stay. The staff were super helpful. This place is a little quirky in its furnishing etc, stands apart from the boring cookie cutter hotels - we loved it.

Amazing stay, and top location. Really appreciate the wine gift to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Super comfortable and loved the big bath tub!

Great place to stay
Great place to stay and good location, close to public transport. We paid extra to have breakfast included and it was well worth the money! Best breakfast we have had at a hotel. I would highly recommended this place! I’ll stay there again.

The stay was good, staff not so much. Had an incident where I left my airpods at the hotel and realized it while en route to the airport. Firstly had to try a hundred times for someone to pick up the call and finally when I got one, the lady sounded so disinterested in helping that I had to tell her that I have a flight to catch and requested her to let me know if they are able to find the airpods in the room. She says “I will as soon as I can” but never called back. I went back to hotel from half way to the hotel. The guy at the front desk was as cold as they come and told me that they couldn’t find anything. On insisting that I’d like to check myself, a lady came along and we went to the room together. I could see on Find My that the airpods were still at the hotel(showed her too) but was unable to locate it. Tried to give the bed a thorough search but she was too reluctant saying it was already cleaned and made ready for a guest. Never got them back, the device was still somewhere in the hotel for another day before moving to a different location.

Comfortable Stay. Parking Access only downside
Great stay. Very clean and comfortable, as experienced in other QT hotels. Only downside would be the access to the carpark, which is only mentioned in an email after the booking is made (when booking through Hotels.com). There is no direct access from the carpark to the hotel, so need to walk around the block. At time of writing it was $35 per night. They offer a valet parking convenience of $50, which I feel is a liitle excessive.

Very modern room in a renovated heritage building.
Wonderful location and very new room deco, very clean and funky. The restaurant served outstanding main meals, rooftop bar offers great view, and lots of restaurants nearby.

Had issues with the underground parking getting out with the parking voucher not being accepted. Rooms are noisy and not sound proof. Otherwise the staff and condition of the rooms are fabulous and very boutique.
