The Space:

Caves Beach House is a bright, modern single-level home designed for easy family stays. Multiple indoor and outdoor living areas let your group spread out or come together, while the furnished patio and level, fully fenced grass backyard create an inviting setting for sunny afternoons, a kick of the footy, and time with your pet.



The dedicated games room, with a ping pong table and TV, gives children their own place to play and makes slower or rainy days just as enjoyable.

The fully equipped kitchen is ready for quick beach breakfasts and relaxed group dinners, with a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and dining table. Practical comforts include Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, a washer and dryer.



For families travelling with little ones, a travel crib and standalone high chair are available. Pets are welcome to enjoy the fully fenced backyard.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire house and property, including the private entrance, games room, backyard and patio. Self check-in is available via keypad.

Coast Hosting is a professional hosting company. Before arrival, guests must provide a digital copy of ID and card details through a secure online Guest Check-in Form. A refundable $500 security bond is held for the stay to cover potential damages and released within 7 days of departure if there are no issues. Card details are encrypted and processed through Stripe; they are handled in accordance with privacy laws and are not shared with third parties or retained beyond what is necessary to process the required payment or authorisation.
