"We looked at a lot of properties & I reached out to several of the owners with questions. Bear was the ONLY ONE that responded promptly-EVERY-TIME! That to us, was worth it! As far as the property goes, it was very clean, fully stocked & there was enough room for the 9 of us! The area was very quiet & we saw wildlife in the backyard. We definitely will be returning!"

"The location was great for a short walk into town and to a hiking trail. The house was large and had plenty of space and rooms to choose from for our party of 6. It was clean and comfortable, and was easy to communicate with host. It was the best spot for our family to stay during a mini family reunion and graduation weekend."

"The house is exactly as described and pictured. It is very convenient to walking downtown, the 1880 train and the Mickelson trail. The extra half bath and laundry room worked out well for us. Good outdoor seating area and plenty of off street parking."
