Quiet and Cozy

Great location just minutes from the beach and The Sunset Club. A short drive into Newburyport center to the restaurants and shops, harbo and whale watch tours. Highly recommended !

Nature's Serenity

It was a beautiful little spot, tucked away in the trees and nature, with a short walk to the beach. Relaxing, peaceful and quiet. My wife and I enjoyed it very much.

A charming hide-away....

Ed's place is a perfect spot to enjoy Plum Island - close to town, to the beach and to the Reserve. It's cozy and charming. We very much enjoyed our time there and hope to return soon.

This was a perfect beach getaway for our long weekend. We were looking for a place within walking distance to the beach. It is basically an efficiency apartment, not fancy but well furnished, comfortable and quiet. Ed is a great host and we will be back!

Our second stay in Ed’s apartment. Perfect location, nice outdoor space, visited every afternoon by a family of turkeys! Everything we needed was provided, very comfortable bed! Walk to the beach. What more could you ask for!

Great location!

Sweet basement apartment on the southern side of Plum Island. Ed was kind and the location was fabulous with easy access to the beach and a short walk to local shops. This island is magical.

Convenient and quaint

Very nice to be so close to the beach and enjoy the national park. Might suggest a newer AC unit as it would likely save on electric and cool more efficiently. Host was very polite and quiet and a nice neighborhood.

Peace and quiet amongst chaos.

Because of this private location when you look out your window all you see are trees and bushes. However it is only a 5 minute walk to the beach.

Charming studio in a lovely spot on Plum Island

This is our third stay at Ed's studio on Plum Island. It is charming and very comfortable, shor walking distance to beach and restaurants, general store with ice cream "parlor". The bed is very comfortable, the garden is private, quite and visited daily be birds and neighborhood "wild" turkeys. Ed is a great host; easy to contact and responsive. We hope for another stay next year.

Great stay in a cozy apartment by the beach!

This is a great spot, closely located by the beach, pet friendly, and the perfect amount of space. The small kitchen was enough to prepare meals for my wife and I and. There is a great selection of old books and photos. Ed provided great recommendations in the area to visit as well. If you're coming to Plum Island, you don't want to miss this spot!

One of our favorite places to stay on Plum Island

Ed's studio is very charming and comfortable. We loved our stay there so much last year that we booked it again this year. It's a quick walk to "town" and the beach; has a lovely outside garden with table and chairs. We highly recommend this rental. Priscilla and John

enjoyed the stay

This little spot was very private and suited our needs just fine. We were able to eat out and then eat in, so we had little trouble with food, the fridge, though small was sufficient to hold just enough, that really helped when packing up for the return. All in all, the trip was enjoyable and the weather was Wonderfull too.
