Beautiful property, and a perfect location! It happened to rain during our stay so we especially loved the games downstairs, and the location, so driving to nearby shops and restaurants and downtown Newburyport was an easy rainy day activity. The walk to the beach was great too! Just about 2 minutes away. We'll definitely be back!
